How to Create New Ticket

To create a new support ticket:


1. On the My Tickets homepage, click Add Ticket
2. Enter the Subject and the Description
3. Select the Category (Software/Hardware)
4. Select the Request Type ( Question/ Problem/ Change Request)
5. Select Priority (High/Medium/Low)
6. Attach file if required
7. Click Submit

To edit the support ticket

  1. Select the desired ticket from the My Tickets homepage.
  2. Click Edit next to the Ticket Properties.

To close support ticket

  1. Select the desired ticket from My Tickets homepage.
  2. Click Close ticket at the bottom of the Ticket Properties section.
