Working with My Tickets

1) Navigate to the support center portal, https://support.econceptme.com/

2) Sign in using your user credentials.

3) Click the My Tickets tab from the top bar.

Here, you can view the tickets you have submitted so far and also filter them based on their status eg., open, closed etc. My Tickets is a section in the support portal that provides our customers with a unified space to manage their tickets. It allows you to:

- Add a new ticket

- View current and previous tickets status and responses

- Send replies and comments for your tickets

- Close tickets

- Reopen tickets
